They describe how you can use the platform, your responsibilities, subscription and payment policies, and the legal protections and responsibilities for both parties. THE CORE AGREEMENT: ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS The very first point is the most critical: by using Whaaplynk, you enter into a legally binding contract. This means you can't later claim you didn't know the rules. • For the User: Your access is conditional. You're agreeing to follow all rules (including the Privacy Policy), and if you violate them, the company has the right to take action, including termination. • For Whaaplynk: This is the legal foundation that protects the platform. It grants them the right to manage user conduct and enforce payment obligations. REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS POLICY This section clarifies the nature of Whaaplynk as a paid digital service and outlines the policies for payment, refunds, and consequences of non-payment. • Refund Policy: Whaaplynk provides a fair and transparent refund policy. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds at the time of renewal. • Consequence of Non-Payment: Suspension or termination for failed payments remains applicable. Continued non-payment may result in permanent termination of your account and loss of data associated with it. They aren't responsible if someone logs into your account using your credentials because you shared them or didn't secure them. Immediate notification of a breach is crucial so they can act quickly to prevent misuse. PROTECTING YOUR RIGHTS: DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY This is the user-friendly clause that builds trust by clearly defining data ownership and security. • Data Ownership: Stating that you retain full ownership of your customer data is a strong and reassuring point.
