Terms & Conditions | Revolynk Techs Private Limited (Whaaplynk) USER TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Introduction Welcome to Whaaplynk. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, dashboard, APIs, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Revolynk Techs Private Limited (“Whaaplynk”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using Whaaplynk, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 2. Acceptance of Terms These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Revolynk Techs Private Limited, registered in India. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 3. Eligibility You must be 18 years or older You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract If using on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to do so 4. Account Registration & Security Users must provide accurate and up-to-date registration information You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) may be mandatory for security Any activity under your account is your responsibility 5. Use of Services You agree to use Whaaplynk only for lawful business communication purposes and in compliance with: Applicable local and international laws WhatsApp / Meta Business Policies Telecom and data protection regulations You shall not: Send spam or unsolicited messages Use purchased or scraped contact lists Transmit harmful, abusive, or misleading content Reverse engineer or misuse the platform 6. Subscription, Fees & Billing Certain features require paid subscriptions Fees are billed in INR/USD as applicable All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law Prices and plans may change with notice Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade 7. Free Trial / Free Plan Whaaplynk may offer a Free Trial or Free Plan No charges apply during trial unless upgraded Upon trial expiry, account may revert to free or suspended until upgraded 8. User Content & Messaging Responsibility You retain ownership of your content and customer data You grant Whaaplynk permission to process data solely to deliver Services You are solely responsible for customer consent and message legality Whaaplynk is a technology provider only and is not responsible for your campaign outcomes or customer disputes. 9. Intellectual Property All platform software, UI, branding, trademarks, and documentation belong exclusively to Whaaplynk. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license during active subscription. 10. Data Privacy User data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to data processing and hosting in India. 11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: Whaaplynk shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the last billing cycle 12. Termination Whaaplynk may suspend or terminate access if: Terms are violated Payments fail Platform misuse occurs Termination does not entitle refunds. 13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana.
